All guests should recognize that there are inherent risks on any trip or high adventure activity. Harpers Ferry WaterPark and its affiliates assume no liability for personal injury or loss of personal property. Even if you heard about us outside of West Virginia, we do not respond to outside jurisdictions.
The Harpers Ferry WaterPark is an active participation experience; guests will be required to participate in all activities with potentially great risks of bodily harm and/or death. The WaterPark may not be suitable for expectant mothers, or anyone with the following, but not limited to: heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure, back, neck, foot, ankle, or leg injuries, motion sickness or dizziness, lack of swimming ability, recent surgery, or any other conditions that may be aggravated by the park. Older participants may be at higher risk of injury due to the normal effects of aging.
You will be required to sign a waiver electronically prior to participating.
Minors must also have this form signed by a parent or legal guardian. 16 and 17 year olds will need to co-sign in addition to their parent/legal guardian.
Drugs and alcoholic beverages are prohibited prior to and during the activity. If you have a medical condition you are concerned about, you should consult your physician before your trip.
*And remember “No experience necessary” doesn’t mean no risk involved!*
